Pensatorium is a Spanish-first mental-health and self-knowledge platform: validated self-checks and a cited curriculum, built by a physician. It began as a science-communication channel and still is one.
By a single payment. The Lifetime Pass is CA$39 and opens everything there is and everything to come. No subscription, no advertising inside the product, and no data sold. The essentials — eleven lessons and the self-checks — are free and stay free. Details of the Pass.
They stay in your browser, on your device. Only you read them — and that is why you can answer honestly, which is the only way a self-check is worth anything. What does exist outside, if you buy or write in, is a licence record and your email. Never your answers. Privacy.
It is made by a physician and instructional designer, informed by work with international health organizations. There is no company behind it: it is made by one person, with an advisory board that reviews the work — named people with a public record, not a badge.
The person behind Pensatorium also builds and measures knowledge products for research and non-profit programmes. That work lives at the firm.
It is not clinical care. It is educational and for self-knowledge: it does not diagnose, it sets no diagnostic cut-off points, and it does not replace a professional. Where an instrument has published clinical cut-offs, this site explains why it does not apply them.
