Cuánto tardamosHow long we take
Pensatorium es un proyecto pequeño e independiente. Lo normal es responder en unos días — a veces el mismo día, a veces algo más si coincide con un fin de semana. Pensatorium is a small, independent project. Normally we reply within a few days — sometimes the same day, sometimes a bit longer if it lands on a weekend.
Si pasa una semana sin respuesta, vuelve a escribir: probablemente el correo se perdió. No te estamos ignorando. If a week passes with no reply, write again: the email probably got lost. We are not ignoring you.
