Nos ayuda a arreglarlo, y es lo único que pedimos a cambio. No es un requisito: si prefieres no decirlo, el reembolso sigue en pie.It helps us fix it, and it is the only thing we ask in return. It is not a condition: if you would rather not say, the refund still stands.

Si compras desde la Unión Europea o el Reino Unido, tienes 14 días para desistir de la compra sin dar explicaciones. If you buy from the European Union or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
Hay un matiz legal que conviene decir sin rodeos: en contenido digital de acceso inmediato, la ley permite que ese derecho decaiga cuando pides empezar de inmediato y aceptas expresamente perderlo. El Pase da acceso al instante, así que técnicamente eso puede ocurrir. There is a legal nuance worth stating plainly: for digital content with immediate access, the law allows that right to lapse when you ask to start straight away and expressly agree to lose it. The Pass grants access instantly, so technically that can happen.
Nuestra postura práctica: no nos escudamos en eso. Dentro de los 14 días devolvemos el importe completo aunque ya hayas usado el contenido. Y fuera de los 14 días, si el producto no era lo que esperabas o algo no funcionó, escríbenos igual — casi siempre decimos que sí. Our practical stance: we don't hide behind that. Within 14 days we refund in full even if you already used the content. And past 14 days, if the product wasn't what you expected or something didn't work, write to us anyway — we almost always say yes.
Quién cobra y quién devuelveWho charges you, and who refunds
Lemon Squeezy es el comerciante registrado (merchant of record) de todas las compras de Pensatorium. Eso significa que ellos procesan el pago, cobran los impuestos que correspondan y gestionan reembolsos y contracargos. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every Pensatorium purchase. That means they process the payment, collect any applicable tax, and handle refunds and chargebacks.
En el extracto de tu tarjeta verás a Lemon Squeezy, no «Pensatorium». No es un cargo desconocido: es el nuestro. Si te sorprende un cargo, escríbenos antes de disputarlo con el banco — lo resolvemos más rápido. On your card statement you will see Lemon Squeezy, not "Pensatorium". It isn't an unknown charge: it's ours. If a charge surprises you, write to us before disputing it with your bank — we'll sort it faster.
El reembolso vuelve al mismo método de pago. El plazo depende de tu banco: normalmente entre 5 y 10 días hábiles desde que se aprueba. The refund returns to the same payment method. Timing depends on your bank: usually 5 to 10 business days after approval.
